South Tower is a traditional-style hall with lounges, kitchens and/or ironing rooms on every floor, and a laundry room. A high-rise hall housing 391 women, members of University of South Carolina sororities occupy 10 floors in this building, and freshman women occupy the remaining floors. South Tower is close to parking, dining facilities in Patterson Hall, Thomson Student Health Center, and the Russell House. This building is owned and operated by the University.
