Carolina Gardens is a three-building complex located at Pickens and Whaley streets on the south end of campus. This complex contains seventy-two apartments [two (2) one-bedroom, sixty-four (64) two-bedroom, six (6) three-bedroom apartments]. Each apartment is furnished with a stove and refrigerator only. Rent includes all utilities except telephone service and cable television.
