Patterson Hall, reopened in August 2011 after a major renovation which included a conversion to suite-style units, all new furnishings and an updated lobby. Some important structural elements were also added such as seismic reinforcement, sprinklers for fire suppression and an upgrade to the fire detection systems. Remaining an all-female residence hall, the University hopes to attain Silver LEED certification on Patterson. In addition, the University's Housing offices will be relocating to the basement level during the Fall semester.
