The Family and Graduate Housing office at the University of South Carolina offers two separate apartment complexes for families, non-traditional students (students over 23 years old), and graduate students. Located on the south side of campus, Cliff Apartments and Carolina Gardens are conveniently located near the Swearingen Engineering Building and the Blatt P.E. Center. A University shuttle stop is nearby for an easy commute to all areas of campus. On-site resident managers in each complex offer personal and professional development programs for residents; provide opportunities for social interaction; and serve as resources for maintenance and custodial requests.
