Campus Recreation: Intramural Sports Supervisors

Description:
Intramural Sport supervisors are trained in sport-specific knowledge, as well as Intramural Sport & Campus Recreation policies in order to provide their participants with the best possible experience. They are also certified in CPR/AED and SFA/BBP. Our student supervisors are nominated by their peers to participate in our semester long Supervisor-In-Training (SIT) program. Here they go through trainings, meetings, certifications; shadow shifts and learns what it takes to be a great Intramural Sports Supervisor.


Recruitment:
In order to be eligible to be an Intramural Sports Supervisor, you must first be an Intramural Sports Official. Each semester, we hire over 50 officials. All those interested must attend one of our Officials' Call-Out meetings during the first full week of classes of each semester.

Qualifications:
Must work as Intramural Sports Official for at least 1 full semester.

None

Training:
Vary; all trainings are provided; approximately 20 hours/semester.

Meeting time:
Vary

10-15 hours per week
