Building Supervisors responsible for opening, closing and securing the facilities, participant injury reports, inventory of equipment, and program participation statistics. They are also responsible for the set up and monitoring of special events. Evaluating, mentoring and training the facility assistants on their shift. They provide daily feedback on job performance while maintaining team like atmosphere. At the end of each semester we ask they fill out an evaluation form for each student employee they supervise and then have a 1 on 1 conversation reviewing strengths and weaknesses.
