Summer Housing Options
There are a variety of housing options available to conference groups: up to 18 building options, three different room styles, 2 types of linen plan options and a variety of meeting spaces. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished with twin-size beds, desks, chairs, dressers and closets or wadrobes.
Building Options
Specific buildings available for summer conference housing vary each summer. Many of the buildings are similar, so when choosing your building preference, please be flexible and pick a few different building options. The Memo of Agreement will specify your group's building assignment.
Traditional-style residence halls feature community-style accommodations for single and double occupancy with shared floor restrooms and showers. This type of housing creates an environment that is more easily monitored and builds community. Many groups with younger children prefer this building style.
Suite-style residence halls consist of two rooms that can each house up to two people. From inside each room, there is a private bathroom door which is shared with an adjoining suite. Suite-style accommodations are a cost effective option for semi-private bathrooms, yet still allow for interaction among guests on the floor.
Apartment-style residence halls feature various layout options from two-person apartments to four-person apartments. Each person has their own bedroom and each apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen and furnished living room for the residents of the apartment to share. This style of building is the most private housing option, and is preferred among most adult groups.

Summer Housing Security
Conference Services strives to maintain the security of all the campus residence halls throughout the summe, and to provide the safest environment possible to our guests. All residence halls’ exterior doors are locked from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m. All adult conference participants and children’s camp counselors will be issued an access card. Access cards will allow adults to freely enter the building in which they are staying during the hours that the building is locked. The building doors are unlocked from 7am until 9pm to allow easy access for conference participants. All buildings have a 24-hour security desk at the front entrance. All individuals entering the buildings must pass by the front desk. Only individuals registered as conference participants may enter the living areas of the buildings; no guests of conference participants are allowed during the summer. All summer conference guests are issued a wristband specifically color coded for the building in which they are staying. This wristband must be worn at all times and is used by the desk attendants as a means to identify summer conference participants.
