Learn More About Conelious Middleton
Conelious Middleton joined University Housing in 1997 as a temporary employee. As a temporary employee he worked on the move crew doing various furniture moves for the department. In 2001 he accepted a position in area maintenance in the South Zone (serving Bates House, Bates West, The Roost, South Quad, East Quad and West (Green) Quad). As an Area Maintenance employee Conelious served the University Housing residents by doing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. Today Conelious serves as the University Housing Coordinator of Maintenance Services & Access Control which is responsible for maintaining all card access and CCTV systems for the residence halls. Conelious also helps the Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations with the supervision of 64 employees.
One of Conelious' many accomplishments at the University came in 2004 when he started up the University's very first Fuel Cell which is located on the roof of West Quad.
Conelious enjoys serving the residents of University Housing and making sure their safety is our top priority.
