EDHE 600: Residence Life Staff Class
Course Description
The goal of this course is to assist students in developing an understanding of peer leadership and the necessary knowledge, skills and self-awareness needed to work with college students. This course will assist Student Staff Mentors to further explore their leadership roles and learn how to apply their knowledge and skills into the Student Staff Mentor role. Self-exploration, reflection, and group activities will contribute to the development of leadership skills in this course.
The class will meet on these days during the following weeks:

Week 4:
October 1-5
No class week of October 8-12 because of Fall Break
Week 5:
