Green Quad Learning Community Online Application

The Green Quad is the place where sustainability and concern for the environment come alive for University of South Carolina students. Residents take advantage of living in a “green building” and monitor their own resource consumption. They participate in the programs of the Green Quad Learning Center, including speakers, films, service projects, special courses, and other events. The Learning Center is particularly supportive of student-initiated projects and programs. Green Quad is the centerpiece for University of South Carolina efforts to promote green building and sustainability: “meeting the needs of present generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
