Room Change Process
General Information:
- Room change requests will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
- Students changing to another room are requested to notify their present roommate of their intent to do so. This courtesy will give them the opportunity to locate a preferred roommate.
Fees:
- All outstanding university bills must be paid BEFORE a room change can be processed.
- Students who move into a higher priced room or hall will need to pay any increase in the cost of the room at the time the room change is processed.
- Students who move into a lower priced room or hall will be refunded accordingly.
To request a room change:
- Login to your VIP account
- Click on the Personal tab
- Then click "Show Me" beside UCHOOSE Roommate Resource. You should then follow the instructions under Option Four to complete your request.
