Fines

The Alcohol Prevention Coalition estimates 1.1 million dollars is being spent by USC on costs related to alcohol each year (costs include property damage, counseling, campus safety, student conduct, housing, etc.).

Fines assist with costs associated with administering, facilitating and evaluating the educational workshops and programs. Fines may be imposed separately or in addition to any other sanction(s).

How to Pay a Student Conduct Fine
  • All fines must be paid at the Bursar's office located at 516/518 Main Street between Blossom & Wheat Streets and their office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note the Bursar’s Office will not accept partial payments for any outstanding monies owed. Therefore if you owe an alcohol/drug fine and tuition you must pay the full balance.
  • A hold will be placed on the student’s account if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
  • Please keep the receipt provided as documentation of payment.
