Welcome to Housing's Facility Management Department. Our primary responsibility is for Custodial and Maintenance services in the Residence Hall. We are also responsible for new construction and major renovations along with other campus partners.
Work orders may be submitted over the telephone by calling 7-FIXX (7-3499) if calling off campus dial 803-777-3499. They may also be submitted online. All other inquiries can be submitted to James Sherry the Director of Facilities for Housing at 777-4287 or by email at JSherry@gwm.sc.edu.
