Students and their parents or guardians are urged to read carefully the below cancellation terms and conditions of the the housing contract agreement. This contract is an agreement between the University and the individual student. You may view a copy of your residence hall contract in its entirety here. For specific cancellation terms, please select the academic year you are or will be attending the University of South Carolina:
