Cliff Apartments is a high-rise building consisting of nine (9) floors and 102 apartments. There are sixty-five (63) one-bedroom apartments, eight (7) small two-bedroom and thirty-two (32) large 2 bedroom apartments. Cliff Apartments is located four blocks from the center of campus on the corner of Sumter and Whaley streets. All apartments are carpeted and air-conditioned. Each apartment is furnished with a stove and refrigerator. Rent includes all utilities except telephone and Internet access.
