Cliff Apartments

Cliff Apartments is a high-rise building consisting of nine (9) floors and 105 apartments. There are sixty-five (65) one-bedroom apartments, eight (8) small two-bedroom and thirty-two (32) large two-bedroom apartments. Cliff Apartments is located four blocks from the center of campus on the corner of Sumter and Whaley streets. All apartments are carpeted and air-conditioned. Each apartment is furnished with a stove and refrigerator. Rent includes all utilities except telephone and Internet access.

• There is carpeting throughout the building.
• Paint color in all apartments is off-white.
• Blinds have been installed in all apartments.
• There is a playground in the back of the facility.
• Laundry room is located on the first floor.
• Off-the-street parking is available in front of the building; a University of South Carolina parking permit is required.
