ACE Appointment Cancellation policy:
Because ACE has a large number of students in need of appointments, there is a strict cancellation policy. Please review the following:

If you have a scheduled ACE appointment and do not attend or call the ACE office in advance, you will be considered a “No Show” and your name will be placed at the bottom of our waiting list. Please note it may take you up to several weeks to schedule another appointment. Take this into consideration if you have a mandated ACE meeting.
If you miss two or more appointments with ACE, you will not be permitted to schedule an appointment until you discuss the reason for your absence with the coordinator of ACE.
If you need to miss your ACE appointment, you MUST call the ACE office at 777-5430 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. Calling less than 24 hours will be deemed a “No Show”
